Growth Marketing Manager

Remote Full-time

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our organiser acquisition funnel from end to end. The role covers everything from the first cold call or email through to a published, selling event on ShowRave: outreach, content, and, once the channel proves itself, paid advertising.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain a list of target event organisers, promoters, venues and student unions to contact, starting in the United Kingdom.
  • Reach out directly by phone, email and social media DM, with a personalised pitch for each organiser.
  • Offer 'concierge migrations': recreate an organiser's upcoming event on our platform for them so switching takes no effort, then follow up until it goes live.
  • Write and send your own outreach sequences, win back campaigns for lapsed signups, and referral programme promotions to existing organisers, using our existing email tools.
  • Plan, write and publish comparison and how-to content, such as fee comparisons against other ticketing platforms, and write up case studies from successful events with real numbers where organisers agree to share them.
  • Once outreach is producing replies and signups, plan and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok aimed at organisers, with UTM tracking so every signup can be traced to its source.
  • Track leads from first contact through signup, first published event and first sale, and report weekly against call and reply rates, signup rate, activation rate, cost per signup and repeat rate.
  • Help decide which cities and countries to focus on next, based on what is converting.

What success looks like

  • A well-organised, growing pipeline of event organiser leads.
  • A steady flow of new organiser signups from outreach, referrals and, once running, paid channels.
  • New organisers are publishing their first event quickly and coming back to create a second.
  • Clear, regular reporting against the metrics above.

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication skills: confident writing short sales emails and longer form content, and just as comfortable picking up the phone for cold outbound calls.
  • Comfortable with high volume outreach across calls, email and social media, and not afraid of hearing 'no'.
  • Some experience with email marketing, content writing, SEO copywriting or paid social and search campaigns, ideally in a marketplace, SaaS or events business. No single area needs to be a deep specialism, as you will own all of the above.
  • Organised: able to manage a lead list, content calendar and ad campaigns without things slipping through the cracks.
  • Comfortable with UTM tagging, spreadsheets and basic reporting.
  • Interest in nightlife, live events or ticketing is a strong plus.
