How to use live chat
Live chat now runs through the production chat widget rather than an embedded chat box on this page. This keeps the experience consistent everywhere and avoids losing your place while you read help content.

Click the round chat button in the bottom-right corner, or use the Open live chat button above.

Tell us what you need
Send your question with any useful order, event, account, browser, or device details.

Keep the page open
You can minimize the widget and continue browsing. New replies will appear in the same conversation.
If the bubble does not appear, refresh the page once and check that browser extensions are not blocking chat scripts from chat.showrave.com.
