How to Change Your Password

You can change your password from theAccount Settingspage. This page is used by both attendees and organisers, the location is the same for both.

Change your password
  1. Log in and go toSettingsin your account menu.
  2. The page is titledAccount Settings.
  3. Under thePassword Settingssection, fill in:
    • Current password
    • New password
    • Confirm new password
  4. ClickUpdate Password.

Your password is updated immediately. You will remain logged in on the current device.

If you have forgotten your password

If you cannot log in because you do not know your current password, use the forgot password flow instead. SeeHow to reset your password.

Choosing a strong password

Use a password that is at least 8 characters long and is not used on any other website. A mix of letters, numbers, and symbols makes a password harder to guess.
